Yeast Infection Home Remedy

By Jason Myer

If a yeast infection is left unattended for long, it will without a doubt move ahead to be systemic consequential in lowering your body's immune system. Majority of people would decide to use home treatement for yeast infection instead of the doctor's prescribed medicine, for a number of justifications. One, is price, second is time and third is possible secondary effects.

Most people who seek home remedy are of the opinion that the treatement have a very long-lastingeffect, with no side effects at all, as compared to the antifungal lotions and prescription tablets.

Yogurt is a known effective home remedy. Apply in the affected surface sparingly, twice a day preferably in the early part of the day and at the time between bedtime and walking until all the symptoms vanish. Incase of vaginal yeast infection, you can put a tampon in yogurt and then insert into the vagina, or better still inject a tablespoon of yogurt inside and leave for a while.

similarly, you can use garlic to treat yeast infection by making a paste of garlic pods and then put on cautiously on the infected skin area. As for the vagina, you may chop garlic shells finely, wrap using a cheese cloth and inject in the vagina for about 20 minutes.

Vinegar too is very effective, cheers to its antifungal and antibacterial properties. Just spill out a mug of vinegar into a bathtub poured with moderately hot water and then immerse in the mixture for 20 minutes. Even though any type of vinegar is effective, for good results, try apple cider vinegar.

The most uncomfortable but effective way of curing a yeast infection, particularly a vaginal one, is employing honey. Simply use half a cup of honey to apply on all the affected areas of your body and wait for around 20 minutes, and then immerse and bath using warm water. The nice deed about yeast infection home treatement is that they are highly economic and highly valuable.
