The awareness of this fast is both optimistic and pessimistic as there are many practitioners that feel this diet is taking things to the extreme. However, we honestly believe that it is good for you as you will be cleansing your system from all of that toxin buildup that has been there for years. Some may agree with this and some may disagree.
