Cure Panic Attacks Thru Interoceptive Exposure

Afflicted with panic fits can be very stressed and very frightening. Panic attacks can come on suddenly and lead someone to start avoiding activities they enjoy for fear of having an attack. As you'd guess, having the ability to cure panic attacks is a dream that most of the people who experience these symptoms have.

Typical signs of a panic fit include increased heart rate, lightheadedness, sweating and shallow breathing. These symptoms are often accompanied by an overwhelming sense of disaster, or a feeling that you are going to die. These signs often lead a person to believe that something is physically wrong - it is not uncommon for folk experiencing a panic episode to mistake the symptoms for a coronary.
