The vitamins and minerals found in the diet help the body to have an appreciable metabolic activity. These metabolic actions are checked in by the fat filled foods. So it's essential to have 5-6 small nutritive meals instead of 3 big ones.

One can eat few nuts, when he/she feels empty and drink a glass of water. The nuts, since they are rich in vitamins and minerals, they tend to decrease the fat content, enhancing metabolic process.

Eggs taken in whole help us in shaving off the excess fat in our body. One can take an egg every morning.

We can easily feed our hunger by drinking more water. This also regulates the blood circulation and expels out the fat with the toxic contents.

Often imbibe with water in the middle of your meals. Our body needs lot of water. While we are consuming, our body extracts the water from our food. So we tend to eat much. Consuming slowly also makes us contended.

Have deep breaths often. Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.

When you begin to physical exercise and eat good diets, you will begin to lose abdomen fat.

You must be stuffed with lot of will power and patience to enjoy the fruit that comes out of your hard work.

Breathing exercise or Yoga for Fat belly

This is the most efficient physical exercise to get a flat abdomen. Practice it in the morning, afternoon and evening. You can do this workout sitting on your office chair or watching TV. You will definitely see results within weeks.

Kapalbhati Pranayama exercise will dissolve fat from not only your abdominal but from your body as a whole. These exercises are very good for cutting belly fat.

You can also hasten your fat reduction process by exercising with a gym ball.

The stomach growth for women after pregnancy can be controlled by post natal workouts. When you grow belly after delivery, then you must contract the abdominal, pelvic and perineal muscles and relax them. This can make the muscles strong. For this pull in the abdomen as hard as you can and keep it 10 seconds before relaxing. You can do this contracting and relaxing workout while sitting, lying, or standing.
