Learning a panic attack remedy can be handy to know as such episodes can disrupt your daily routine at work and at home. Such episodes can often occur when you least expect it with common symptoms such as dizziness, lightheadedness, nausea or increased heart rate. 1. You need to know what is causing such episodes

Instead, gently remind yourself that the worst case scenario is not likely to happen and that what you are afraid of isn't as bad as you thought. If you are constantly avoiding those situations that cause you anxiety, then this will only reinforce negative thoughts.
